Our Sankalp — the intention

Where ancient stillness meets the modern seeker

Yog Pravah — "the flow of yoga" — is a sanctuary for those drawn to the deeper currents of practice. We teach meditation as it was transmitted: patiently, personally, and in the living presence of sound. Every session is an invitation to move from noise toward Naad, from effort toward ease, from the surface of the mind to its silent source.

"The river does not struggle to reach the ocean. It simply flows." — The Yog Pravah way

Philosophy — four streams, one river

Body. Breath. Sound. Stillness.

Our method rests on four classical streams that merge into a single current of transformation — beginning with the body, moving through breath and sound, and arriving at stillness. Each pillar is taught as a complete discipline, and together they form the full arc of the inner journey.

Āsana

Yoga

The body is the first temple. Classical Hatha and flowing Vinyasa build strength, ease, and a steady seat — sthira sukham āsanam.

Prāṇa

Breath & Healing

Pranayama and vibrational sound baths settle the body's subtle energies, tone the nervous system, and restore the field of prana.

Nāda

Naad Yoga

The yoga of sacred sound. Mantra, swara, and the inner unstruck sound — Anahata Naad — dissolve mental turbulence at its root.

Dhyāna

Meditation

Systematic training of attention — from concentration to effortless absorption, drawn from Patanjali's eight limbs.

Yog — the living practice

The body is the first temple

Before the mind can settle, the body must learn to be still — and before stillness, it must learn to move well. Our daily yoga classes are rooted in the classical Hatha tradition of the Himalayas: unhurried, precise, and open to every body, whether you are touching your toes or just touching the mat for the first time.

Naad Yoga — the sound current

Hear the frequencies of healing

Sound is the oldest medicine. Touch a frequency below and watch the wave respond — each tone is tuned to a tradition of practice. Use headphones, soften your gaze, and listen from the centre of the chest.

Sound Healing — the vibrational bath

Strike the bowl, feel the field

Each chakra answers to its own frequency. Choose an energy centre below, then strike the singing bowl — the tone you hear is generated live, and the rings you see are its vibration moving through space. This is a small taste of what fills the room in our sound bath circles.

Tap the bowl to strike it

Manipura — 528 Hz — the fire of will and restoration

A gift — one minute of practice

Breathe with the circle

You don't need a cushion, an app, or an hour. You need one honest minute. Press begin, and let the circle set your rhythm — expand as you inhale, soften as you release. This is the whole teaching, in miniature.

Voices — from the sangha

What seekers discover

Benefits — the fruits of practice

What steady practice returns to you

Nothing here is mystical for its own sake. Meditation, sound, and breath work on the body's oldest systems — and their fruits appear quietly, in ordinary life, within weeks of sincere practice.

śānti

A Quieter Mind

The inner monologue softens. Thoughts still come, but they pass through like clouds instead of storms — and the space between them widens.

nidrā

Deep, Natural Sleep

Sound baths and slow breathing shift the nervous system out of vigilance. Sleep arrives sooner, runs deeper, and asks for no assistance.

sthiratā

Emotional Steadiness

Reactions gain a half-second of grace. What once triggered you becomes something you can watch arise, name, and let settle.

ekāgratā

One-Pointed Focus

Attention is a muscle, and sitting trains it. Work deepens, reading returns, and the constant pull of distraction loses its grip.

prāṇa

A Settled Nervous System

Resonant frequency and long exhales tone the vagus nerve. The body remembers how to rest — shoulders drop, breath lengthens, jaw unclenches.

yoga

Connection to Self

Beneath the roles and the noise, something in you has always been still. Practice doesn't create it — it simply clears the way home.
